My stay at the hotel was a mix of pros and cons. The rooms were very comfy, but being on the second floor with no elevator made hauling heavy luggage difficult. The overwhelming artificial floral smell in the room was a downside, despite its cleanliness and the upkeep of the lobby and grounds. The service was excellent overall, despite a minor issue. The location was nice and convenient off the highway bypass. The dining experience was fairly good with room for improvement in healthier selections.

The hotel's rooms are spacious and superbly clean, though I wouldn't choose to stay here again; I'd opt for a safer, nicer place even if it meant spending a bit more. The service was professional yet warm, and the location, while needing better security, was convenient with easy access to various restaurants. The dining experience, while simple and satisfactory for some, lacked quality in certain food items. Overall, my stay was satisfactory but had some drawbacks to consider.

The hotel had a quasi-partition dividing the king bed from what seemed like a full-size pullout sofa. Unfortunately, the room was filthy and smelled like dog urine, with visible dust bunnies, falling short of Best Western standards. Our little Shitzu was also uncomfortable. Despite this, the hotel truly excelled in cleanliness, and our stay overall was pleasant.
